At absoulitely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at service@absoulitely.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Package the item(s) securely and attach the return shipping label.
5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
6. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at service@absoulitely.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the desired size or color.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with an exchange authorization.
4. Package the item(s) securely and include the exchange authorization.
5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
6. Once we receive the exchanged item(s), we will process and ship the new item(s) within 5 business days.

Please note that returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these criteria.
